European Union zone A (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxemburg, Netherlands, and Poland) - DPD, Hermes, DHL, or UPS (5–7 days): €15.00 

European Union zone B (Bulgaria, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden) - DPD, Hermes, DHL, or UPS (5–10 days): €20.00 

European Union zone C (Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Portugal, and Romania) - DPD, Hermes, DHL, or UPS (5–10 days): €25.00 

European Union zone D (Malta) - DPD, Hermes, DHL, or UPS (5–10 days): €35.00

• All shipments are insured and come with a tracking number 

• The delivery time includes order preparation and shipping. 

• The delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed. We will always aim to deliver your orders as fast as possible. Nevertheless, please consider that external issues out of our control may arise. 

• Deliveries are not prepared or shipped on weekends and German public holidays. 

• Bulk orders may result in extra shipping costs. 

Duties & taxes 

Please note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties.  

Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties, for which we cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees results in full cancellation of the order. Shipping cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted  from the amount refunded to you.
