RETURN POLICY 

Consumers have a 14 days right to cancel the order. 

Right to cancel 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.  

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract. Please send a clear statement to hi@bbaunlimited.com or ask us for a model cancellation form. 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired. 

Effects of cancellation 

If you decide to cancel your order, we will reimburse the cost of the products you purchased, excluding any shipping costs. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the reimbursement using the same method of payment as your original purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility and will not be reimbursed. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods within 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. The return period is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires. You are only responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods. Additionally, you may be liable for any diminished value of the goods if they are handled in a manner other than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
